Company Update
Better Hearing Australia Brisbane has successfully transitioned to a Company Limited by Guarantee, effective as of 31/08/2022.
At the annual general meeting held on 3 November 2021, the members of Better Hearing Australia Brisbane Inc passed special resolutions to:
- authorise the Management Committee to apply to transfer the association’s incorporation to that of a company limited by guarantee;
- approve the new Constitution for the company limited by guarantee; and
- approve “Better Hearing Australia Brisbane Ltd” as the name of the company.
The BHA Brisbane Board is committed to ensuring the best possible governance for the organisation to ensure that we can continue to thrive and serve the community to the highest possible standards. We would like to thank our members for their support during this transition period.
