A bequest is an act of giving a donation in a will and has to be made in a certain form.

I, ____________ , bequeath the sum of $_______________ (free of duties) to Better Hearing Australia Brisbane Inc. and I direct that the receipt of the Honorary Treasurer or other authorised officer for the time being of Better Hearing Australia Brisbane Inc. shall be a discharge to executors and trustees.

Form of Bequest to Leave the Residue of an Estate

I, ____________ , give and bequeath the residue of my real and personal property whatsoever and wheresoever situation to Better Hearing Australia Brisbane Inc. and I direct that the receipt of the Honorary Treasurer or other authorized officer for the time being of such Association shall be a good and sufficient discharge to my Trustee/s for such bequest.
